We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is defective. Please read our Return Policy for full details.

As a business, our products are shipped directly from our international supplier's warehouses. Please note that packaging may not contain our store branding.
