Refund policy

 

Due to hygiene and health reasons, opened or worn lingerie items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the package has been opened.

Order Cancellations
As our products are shipped from overseas, we are only able to accept cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp at +44 7457 405182 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
